Is the apartment on the main road and therefore noisy? Is the mattress firm or soft? How new?

Thanks for your enquiry. The apartment is set back off the main road and overlooks a church - it is quiet and there is little noise. I'm afraid we have no information on the firmness/softness of the bed, but we've had no complaints before.

Perfect apartment in gorgeous Hampstead.
Position. Above cafe’s and shops, coffee is available and everything you need nearby. The entry through an arched laneway gives this homely space a Dickensian feel. In the middle of Hampstead you can feel the history and hustle and bustle in this beautiful quiet space and the Heath is practically on your doorstep. Overlooking Mary Poppins roof tops and rambling gardens this is not only Hampstead but London at its best. We sometimes come to London and this is now a favourite. A privilege to stay here.

me gustó el departamento muy cómodo, pero no tiene shampoo ni acondicionador, para el precio que se paga debiera estar incluido. Una sugerencia es tener adaptadores para los enchufes. ese es mi comentario
